March 15 – The Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) has announced an open tender for businesses and consulting firms to develop Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) policy frameworks. Tender Details

The tender, labeled 2/2025, seeks qualified firms to provide consultancy services in formulating an ESG reporting framework for SSM. The key details are as follows:

  • Scope of Work: Development of ESG policies and reporting frameworks in accordance with Act 777.
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • Must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
    • Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in ESG-related consultancy services.
  • Tender Invitation Date: March 14, 2025
  • Closing Date: March 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM
  • Submission Process:
    • Soft copy (digital version): Can be requested via e-perolehan@ssm.com.my between March 14 – March 21, 2025. Only eligible applicants will receive download access.
    • Hard copy (physical submission): To be submitted to Peti A, Procurement Management Division, SSM, Level 25, Menara SSM@Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
